Very good observation Ellen. This often happens when the winds are effected by buildings close to the waterfront, although it was just serendipity when staging this foto. |

The main purpose of posting this pic was to show the use of flats to expand a scene (the domed building and the building behind it) and some unusual features- outside elevators and upper level walk over from central building to the one on far right. PS- Thanks for responding. |
