Aztec Track Cleaning Cars

Which model of Aztec track cleaner do you use for Z scale? What cleaning solutions do you use?

I received mine a week ago.

In my opinion the only drawback about this car is that it's a 40' boxcar matching transition Era, though I'm interrested in modern era...

About the performance I'm definitly happy with the result: it takes far less tractive effort to run than I expected (it's pretty the same effort than a FR Models 3-Bay hopper), and I guess it's efficient, as a few days ago I ran a 2-unit GP35 lash-up hauling that car, at a scale walking man speed on my layout whose track hadn't been cleaned for 2 weeks...
