How to power a Tender chassis

There is no monopoly on brains.

So, here are some questions (please see wax prototype of an "empty" RR-101 26ft. Tender);

1. Is it possible to create a B-B powered chassis for the "empty" RR-101 26ft. Tender?
2. Would the Tender's motor improve the pulling power of the RR-100 2-8-2 Mikado?
3. Is there a person who wishes to participate in mechanically developing this powered tender as a market acceptable product at a fair market price?
