Knowing that Randy Brown does do an A&W stand(Noted Kelley - Thanks for the reminder) and there are enough potential other buildings that can be converted to a Woolworth's Dept. store, I'll have to go with what I have yet to see anyone do in "Z" and that is the ever popular:

Maybe we can get Miller Engineering to whip-up a quick synchronized flashing sign, with retro "BOWLING" lettering.

I am changing my entry because my original choice is taken. I am going with a bookstore. In fact I want the Karin's bookstore in Lagrange, Ky.

seeing that my first guess of a barber shop is taken, my guess is a small town police station.
