Well Wishes For Nutter Butter was created by ztrack
For those fans of my Ztrack Trackside Perspective, you know the name Nutter Butter, aka Sir Yaks Alot, very well. Through the stories I have shared about our blond cat Nutter, he has gained his own little Z scale fan club. I am amazed by how many subscribers ask about Nutter or great him with glee when they meet him.

Well, I am asking those fans for their well wishes tonight. Earlier this week, Nutter found himself covered in kids Bubble solution, the kind kids use to blow bubbles. We didn't think it was that bad and he was bathed, but it was soon apparent Nutter wasn't feeling well. Sure the stuff is non-toxic, but ingesting the solution is very bad and he has since been at the vets for the last three days on an IV. Tomorrow Nutter goes into surgery. This whole experience has highlighted that he may actually have an obstruction which could be the root cause of his health issues.

For all of you fan of our Sir Yaks Alot, please think of him fondly. We are all hoping he comes back strong and provides many more stories that I can share with his fans.

Rob,
If our four cats, yes count them.......four, could read your post about Nutter Butter, they would all send their best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Do hope kitty recovers and stays away from the 'bubble monsters' in the future. I'm assuming that is how he got covered in bubbles in the first place.......

just love those kids,

Loren

Cody & Zack, our two schnauzers will keep their paws crossed for Nutter. They said they would like to send him some catnip to help with his recovery after the surgery.

Rob, we just had a similar scare with Dribbles- he caught a bee and got stung. It was nip and tuck for a couple of days. They sure become an intergral part of the family. Hope all is well soon.

I have good news! Nutter is home and already getting into trouble. It has been a long week plus, but he pulled through. We managed to avoid surgery, thank goodness. Fortunately we had a very good vet who has experience with these issues. We take Nutter to a cat only Vet clinic and they took exceptional care with him. They even allowed us to visit which really lifted the kids spirits.

I already have a new Trackside Perspective planned for the next issue of Ztrack. Thank you for all of the well wishes.
