Don't know how many know but I am now the North American Aspen dealer after they closed the office in Aspen Colorado. I do not stock right now but can order what you need and hold the US pricing on their web site. What I do is combine orders to make their 40 euro (55-60 dollar) shipping charge livable. So if you need or want anything I will be placing a order on Monday the 8th. If the one custom DCC install order gets confirmed the order might take up to 3 weeks to get, so might have some time to add to it.

Yes, Larry they have a on-line shop but for us on this side of the pond they have a minimum shipping charge of 40 euro. So what I'm tyring to do is help save the shipping charge for people on this side of the pond. And If anyone from here requests pricing on their site it will be sent to me by them.
Mike,as for the Casey Jones I have been told no they are not redoing but will keep bugging them about it. Doing this to help the Z and Nn3 community in the states and Aspen as they are my dealer in Europe.

If you want a proper Casey Jones go for the Marklin, it's better quality, more and finer details and it's brass too. One of Marklins highlights...

yeah,, i got that one,, but i like doing kits now. im hooked on brass kits,, which there s very few in z. i m now doing oo scale brass kits, just for fun, have about 12 to finish, with hundreds more to obtain.:S and i bought a few brass n kits,, thought i might try a small Nn3 setup when their finished. ever since zthek brought out those 2 kits,, i ve gone kit crazy, even to the point of designing my own steamers,,the only problem tho,, they ve never actually ran on a real live track,, their a bit strange in appearance. like my 2406042,, two steamers attached together, but pivot in the middle,,,stuff like that. i just wish more kits will get more plentifull in the years to come!!!canada mike
