Exciter speaker tranducer etc. was created by Kelley
Hi All
I see chatter on these exciters, that can turn any surface into a speaker. Anyone played with these? Only ones I found so far were 13 mm, a bit too big for Z.

I dont know if they make sound or just rattle.Confusing what size they are, look at the fine print, they are not 8 mm. They seem to be out of the 13 mm ones

They say they are going to make smaller ones. If they are 3 bucks a pop, it is worth playing with. Sound in all kinds of things.

Since recently getting a Tablet and a Smartphone, both incorporating hepatic technology, I can tell you that the device in the link provided is not a speaker. The best way to describe it is like more of a vibrator where its vibrating produces a sound (buzz). These devices are capable of vibrating at different lengths and frequencies thus allowing for rudimentary communication. Think of a tone-deaf person whistling Jingle Bells without changing the musical note. (Buzz buzz buzz - buzz buzz buzz - buzz buzz buzz - buzz buzz.) Of course I could be all wrong. Perhaps one of our more techy members cab chime in here.
