Need Noch 44100 Roadway Evaluations Please

I'm considering using Noch 44100 roadway for our European layout and for a related project. The research I've done on this product says it's flexible which may be a good thing or not. Does anyone have experience with this product, and if so, what did you think of it? Thanks in advance for your reply

I have two packages of it, but haven't used it. I purchased it from Dave at IBL products.

If this is the foam stuff, I know it and I'm a fan. really nice to work with if you are deft/careful.

Dude! Open one up and use a bit of it to tell me how it looks and feels Does it have peel away backing? How flexible is it - i.e., what kind of curves can it make? And take some photos, please
