Micro Trains New SD40-2 paint scheme for Nov.

I recieve The Micro News every month and i got the latest copy yesterday in the mail. I happen to be on chat lastnight when i opened it. I was surprised to see that it was KCS.
Later after i left chat, people were wondering what they look like, so when i read that today I thought i would post a picture of it for all to see.

Steve, How do you receive the Micro-News so quickly? I usually get mine from Loren, but... some times he's a bit slow.

Slugger and everyone else, try and post your comments, especially new threads, in the appropriate Forum heading. This is nice about the SD40-2, but this loco is a diesel and shouldn't be in the North American Steam thread. Thanks, Jim CCRR:huh:

Jim, cant you move it to the diesel forum. I bet Steve just placed it in the forum.

I like the release of KCS. It was the last class 1 railroad without a engine in z scale. Maybe this will attract more railroad modeler that model KCS. Even though I dont model KCS, I love their Southern Belle scheme.

First- sorry jim, I thought i had it in the diesel section, must have pushed the wrong key
Second- Yes Alex i pay a fee of $12 per year and i have every one i have ever gotten. I use them for refference all the time. well worth the cost.
