This is used to split off power feeds from the controller.

Are the building kits or fully assembled?

They are fully assembled. I think they could be Americanized fairly easily. There is some real potential with them.

here are some pictures of Rokuhan buildings including several showing building taken apart an put back together again.
buildings some fully assembled, but can be pulled apart very easily, there are assembled without glue, the side panels fit into raised floor with tabs in slots, the roof is held in place by the slot at top of each wall piece and wall have pins and sockets, So to disassemble first pull building straight up off of it's base. Then you can pull one side of building out at a time and once you have two wall out the roof will come out. The tabs and lots are keyed so it only goes together in one way, however you can swap panels between different buildings of the same design. With the panels laying out flat it is easy to paint or add detail to floor as there are raised features on main floor so you could detail a hotel lobby or shop if desired and there is a hole for LED lighting in the main floor and a notch in the curb of the main building or wiring to go under floor and the Rokuhan lighting system is plug and play as LED are made to fit into opening in floor. There is a cable (A016) to connect 5 LEDs to the accessory socket on a Rokuhan controller plus it has a socket to add additional junction strips to expand lighting system. If you are doing your own thing remember LEDs work on DC only. (A017-1) is white LED for Fluorescent or Haloen type lighting and (A017-2) is white-orange for incandescent lighting effect.
