Want 5 acres of land and a caboose in Colorado?

Sorry wrong era. And I have to supply my own trucks and couplers? And does anyone make decals for that? Why do I have to dig through HO and N scale decals and scale up?I bet if they were SOO decals on it, someone would buy it. If you make it a Civil War or Merry Christmas caboose, would that make it a valuable collectable? I don't see any details either,do you think I can get them photo etched, or could they be made in shapeways?Do you think the company that made it has any spare parts? Has anyone scaled that thing out to see if it is the right size?

John, that sounds awfully cheap for any land in Colorado.
Kelley, I can supply the full size decals even if you want Civil War or Merry Christmas. I'm sure Stony can whip up some details. It does look like it's missing trucks and couplers but that's OK if you're not planning to put it on any track.

In this part of CO, you're paying about $15K for the caboose and $1K/ acre for the land. If you're looking for a caboose, check out 10386 Waterloo Rd. Stockton, CA. Restaurant with a WP caboose for living quarters. Don't know the price, but I'm guessing about 10x more than CO.
At least you don't need to go to MTL for trucks and couplers and it's already weathered.
