- This "engine" goes back 20+ years- well before the 38's. It is a cast metal shell and I made two static "engines out of the shells. Can't remember who made them or where I got em. I added the plow and other details and use it on a side track- for show only.<br />The box car seems also a hermophrodite...about the same era, some with unmarked underside floor of metal and others flat plastic. All three units are not prototypical-"fantasy" But it should drive Dog Face NUTZ!!!;-)<br />PS I know Santa Fe didn't have map hoppers-- but it's my railroad
